We currently ship across Australia. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (available at checkout)
• Free Shipping: Available on eligible orders over $75 AUD

Delivery times may vary slightly for regional and remote areas. Once your order has shipped, you'll be able to track it using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Refunds & Returns

We want you to love your Thrive Hause products. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging.
• To start a return, contact our team via the Contact page with your order number and reason for return.
• Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status of your refund.
• Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• If an item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
